STEPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL CHIPPERY FUNDRAISER

Selling Chippery Cookie Dough as a fundraiser is simple as long as you follow a few important steps. 

  • Begin your 10-day sale on a Friday to allow your sellers two full weekends of successful selling.

  • Develop a “How to” cover letter for your sellers outlining how much money they need to raise and how they will utilize the funds. Your sellers can refer to this letter while selling to their family, friends, neighbors and parents’ co-workers.

  • WE DO NOT PROMOTE DOOR-TO-DOOR SELLING. PLEASE ENSURE AN ADULT ACCOMPANIES MINORS AT ALL TIMES.

  • Delivery Van 2Work with your school cafeteria, supermarket, etc. to locate a cool place to receive and distribute your cookie dough. Also, ensure you have plenty of volunteers available to expedite the distribution process.

                          

  • To help you stay organized on your delivery day, implement a communication Phone Lady 2system.

For example, Johnny’s Mom calls Emily’s Dad and Mark’s Aunt. Then Emily’s Dad and Mark’s Aunt each calls two other sellers’ parent or guardian.

This will ensure all parents and guardians are on-site at the scheduled distribution time.

 

  • Most importantly, encourage your sellers to HAVE FUN! A motivated seller will become a successful seller!

  • Chippery provides the Fundraising Distributors with all of the delicious cookie dough and other tools you need to run a successful fundraiser. They have resources such as Chippery order forms, Chippery posters for promoting your fundraiser, and ideas on how to get the kids and parents involved in your fundraising effort.

  • Your Fundraising Distributor will let you know what products are available, provide you with pricing and arrange to get you all of the tools you need.

  • Your Fundraising Distributor will help decide the dates you want to run your fundraiser and the date for your cookie dough delivery.

  • Once the fundraiser has been completed, you will submit your order to the Fundraising Distributor who will order the product directly from Chippery.

  • CheckChippery and the Fundraising Distributor work together to coordinate the delivery on the requested date.

  • You pay the distributor for the product and your organization receives their profit.
